ABOUT HERSHBERGER LAW OFFICE

Hershberger Law Office is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations make a positive difference in their families, faith communities and cities. We accomplish this by equipping and representing our clients in the areas of church law, nonprofit law, and constitutional law.

Josh Hershberger graduated Magna Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law; is licensed to practice law in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and multiple federal courts and has assisted clients throughout much of the United States. Josh is also a teaching pastor at his church, director of The Daniel Initiative, a nonprofit that helps connect church leaders with government officials, and leads The Good Citizen Project, a nonprofit dedicated to helping churches maximize their impact in their communities. Josh lives in Hanover, Indiana with his wife Carissa, daughter Aryana, and son Gabriel.
